Thread Deck Terms of Service
Effective: June 12, 2024 · Governs access to all Thread Deck canvases, blocks, and billing surfaces.
These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using Thread Deck. They work alongside our Privacy Policy and plan-specific agreements for enterprise engagements.
Use of the service
Thread Deck provides a canvas-first workspace to organize AI prompts, runs, and context. You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and to avoid abusive or unauthorized access to models, data, or other users’ canvases.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and ensuring teammates you onboard have appropriate permissions. Notify Thread Deck immediately about any unauthorized use or suspected breach so we can secure affected workspaces.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the blocks, runs, and contextual data you upload. Thread Deck only processes this content to deliver the product experience, maintain reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not claim rights to reuse your prompts or canvas exports.
Service availability
We strive for high availability, but maintenance windows or outages may occur. We provide status updates and work to restore service promptly. Paid plans may be eligible for credits when downtime exceeds documented commitments.
Plan changes & billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle unless canceled. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period in line with our deferral policy. Stripe powers billing, and all fees are non-refundable unless required by law or outlined in a separate agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to reverse engineer the service. Avoid routing prohibited data through AI models or using Thread Deck to target protected classes or manipulate elections.
Termination
You may cancel anytime via account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or legal requests. We provide notice when possible and help you export your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as product capabilities evolve. When changes are material, we notify workspace owners via email or in-app updates. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
